## Krisha.kz Apartment Scraper & EDA
This project scrapes apartment listings from Krisha.kz (Almaty) and performs data cleaning, feature extraction, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to study real estate trends.

## Features
    Web Scraping:
        Collects apartment listings (title, price, address, description) from multiple pages.
        Handles pagination and respects server limits with delays.
    Data Cleaning:
        Converts price to numeric and extracts structured information:
            Rooms, area (m²), floor, total floors, district, street, year built.
        Calculates price per m².
        Removes duplicates and handles missing values.
    Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
        Filters out extreme values to reduce outliers.
        Finds top 10 most expensive apartments.
        Aggregates prices by area bins and building floors.
        Visualizes price trends, correlations, and floor patterns.
